Details are what people remember

A project note by Sami Omari on why the small details of delivery often shape the final impression.

Large projects are usually judged through small moments. Was the work finished properly? Was the issue followed up? Was the final result clean? Was somebody paying attention to the details?

Delivery is more than completion.

Finishing a task and delivering it well are not always the same thing. The difference is often found in the final checks, communication and willingness to fix what is not right.

The standard becomes part of your name.

People may forget the exact conversation or the exact date, but they remember whether dealing with you felt organised and reliable. That is why details matter: over time, they become reputation.
